We are looking for a Sales Manager to join a well-established 50-year-old enterprise specializing in paints, coatings, and manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
✅ Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
✅ Develop sales strategies and pricing models
✅ Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service standards

Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in paints, chemicals, or contracting industries
✔️ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
✔️ Experience in both indoor and outdoor sales
