Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Chemicals and Oil & Gas industry. This role will focus on market expansion, contract negotiations, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with industry trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive insights within the Chemicals and Oil & Gas sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and enhance market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements for the company.
• Collaborate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to align project objectives and client expectations.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, market feedback, and potential growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all business dealings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project milestones.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making to enhance the company’s market positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development within the Chemicals and Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas and Chemical supply chain, processes, and key market players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to draft and interpret contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
