About the Role

Eastwood International School is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in business operations, strategic execution, and cross-functional team leadership. This role will support key initiatives across Eastwood and its sister schools in Baghdad and Jeddah, requiring regional travel and close collaboration with leadership across campuses.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in business project management, ideally with experience in the education sector, who can oversee and streamline the execution of
strategic goals across campuses.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across campuses in Beirut, Baghdad, and Jeddah

•Coordinate between academic, business, and administrative stakeholders

•Develop project plans, set KPIs, and manage budgets and timelines

•Facilitate cross-campus communication, reporting, and decision-making

•Identify and solve operational inefficiencies; ensure scalable and repeatable workflows

•Oversee vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers where applicable

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in

Education is a plus)•5–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic planning

•Experience working across multiple locations or managing remote/regional teams

•Familiarity with the education industry and/or international school operations is highly desirable

•Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)

•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures

•Willingness to travel regularly to Baghdad and/or Jeddah as needed

•Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a must
