We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Secretary / Executive Secretary to support our executive team at our office premises in Sin El Fil.
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our leadership office and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards.
The ideal candidate must be:
- fluent in Arabic and English,
- possess excellent presentation skills, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- You should have a solid background in administrative support, with a focus on outstanding Microsoft Office skills and
- An Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document formatting, follow-up, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
• Draft, format, and translate official correspondence and documents in both Arabic and English
• Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality reports, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations with consistency and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Coordinate office tasks, ensure timelines are met, and support operational excellence
Requirements:
• 3 - 4 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - formatting, data organization, and presentation skills must be advanced
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Presentable, and professional in demeanor and communication
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork
