We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team and support the continued growth and development of our HR operations. In this role, you will contribute to key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Provide guidance to employees to enhance performance and professional growth
Requirments:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to guide and support employees effectively
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
