Tannour Al Asr is expanding its team and currently looking for a Distributor Supervisor with strong experience in managing distribution networks and driving sales performance.
???? Duties and Responsibilities:
1.إدارة شبكة الموزعين وتقييم أدائهم
Manage and evaluate the performance of the distributor network.
2.تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتوزيع حسب الخطط المعتمدة
Achieve sales and distribution targets as per approved plans.
3.متابعة توفر المخزون لدى الموزعين والتنسيق لتلبية الطلبات
Monitor stock availability at distributors and coordinate to meet demand.
4.تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية دورية لمتابعة الأداء في السوق
Conduct regular field visits to monitor market performance.
5.إعداد تقارير دورية عن المبيعات والتوزيع والمشكلات الميدانية
Prepare regular reports on sales, distribution, and field issues.
6.حل المشكلات التي تواجه الموزعين وتقديم الدعم اللازم
Resolve issues faced by distributors and provide necessary support.
7.ضمان التزام الموزعين بسياسات الشركة (التسعير، العروض، الشروط)
Ensure distributor compliance with company policies (pricing, promotions, terms).
8.التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق والإدارة اللوجستية
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
???? Qualifications and Experience:
• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال التوزيع والمبيعات
Minimum 8 years of experience in distribution or sales in Food & Beverage Distribution.
• مهارات تواصل وتحليل قوية
Strong communication and analytical skills.
• القدرة على العمل الميداني والتنقل
Ability to work in the field and travel as needed.
• إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
