Job Summary

The Travel & Office Coordinator is responsible for managing staff travel arrangements and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and insurance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmations for all travel needs.
• Welcome and assist visitors, direct calls, and provide front-desk support.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and company events when needed.
• Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to management and HR.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a travel/ticketing agent is mandatory.
• Experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude
