We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with solid experience in control panels, power distribution, and diesel/gas generators. The candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role requires both technical expertise and hands-on field experience in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for control panels and power generators.

Prepare technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.

Supervise the assembly, installation, and commissioning of control panels and generator systems.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Ensure compliance with international codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Coordinate with the mechanical, projects, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Provide technical support to sales, procurement, and after-sales departments when required.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project follow-up files.

Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on technical procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in control panels and generators (diesel & gas).

Strong knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.).

Hands-on experience in PLC programming, protection relays, and synchronization panels is a plus.

Familiar with international electrical standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English (written & spoken); Arabic and French are an asset
