Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and cost analysis to support competitive bidding strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to gather required bid inputs
* Track tender opportunities and maintain a tender status report
* Ensure all commercial, legal, and technical requirements are addressed in the bid
* Draft and review contract terms and conditions in coordination with legal teams
* Manage communication and queries with clients during the tendering phase
* Monitor deadlines and submission schedules to ensure timely delivery of tenders
* Analyze competitors’ pricing and value propositions to enhance bid competitiveness
* Support post-award project kickoff and align budget forecasts with bid estimates

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in estimation and pricing
* Proficiency in statistics and data analysis
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional time management skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents
