Summary:
The Office Engineer will provide essential support to the Industrial Team by preparing, organizing, and maintaining technical and operational reports. This role ensures that all documentation, data entry, and report formatting are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of engineering and production activities.

Duties:
- Prepare the industrial report in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Collect, review, and organize technical data received from field engineers in order to gather them in useful reporting system.
- Format and standardize reports, ensuring consistency and professional presentation.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets used for tracking project progress, production metrics, or operation activities.
- Support the team in creating charts, graphs, and any other statistical reports as needed.
- Ensure that all reports are submitted within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to gather necessary compliance data.
- Provide general administrative and documentation support to engineers as needed.
- Properly record, archive, and follow up on production tracking and any other tracking required.
- Coordinate with the procurement department for any clarification required from the supplier.
- Manage technical equipment and tools in all areas and take the necessary action to remedy any abnormality observed or informed by Superiors.
- Draft the operation and maintenance plan as per the instructions of direct supervisor.
- Be available in site to represent the department and answer any site requirements after coordination with design manager.

Qualifications:
- Degree: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree.
- Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in manufacture industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft suite and Power BI. Proficient in report writing and analysis. Familiarity in Solid Works and 3D modelling software is a plus
