Job Title: Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role blends visual design expertise with hands-on marketing support. The ideal candidate will design engaging digital and print materials while assisting with marketing campaigns, social media, events, and content creation to strengthen our brand presence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, websites, ads) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, signage, etc.).
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all marketing assets.
- Support in creating presentations, infographics, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce materials that align with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Manage and organize design files, templates, and visual assets.
- Stay up to date with design trends and tools to ensure innovative output.
2. Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling for social media channels.
- Help manage the company website, updating content and visuals as needed.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Support event organization, sponsorships, and trade shows.
- Liaise with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of visual branding, typography, and layout design.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics is a plus.
- Basic photography or video editing skills are an asset.
