Responsibilities:
- Provide user assistance.
- Document user interactions.
- Run diagnostics to resolve user reported issues.
- Escalate issues to higher levels of support with more difficult cases.
- Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Train computer users and inform them about IT products and services.
- Communicate effectively with users to provide personalized support.
- Walk users through any technical issues they may be having.

Skills and qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- A good understanding of hardware, computer systems, and software.
- Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback.

Location: Dbayeh
Duration: 2 to 3 months (renewable if needed)
