We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our Client Team in Lebanon, Mtayleb. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong background in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces or collections.
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and care instructions clearly and confidently.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and organization of the sales floor and showcases.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle special orders, repairs, and custom requests with accuracy and care.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and jewelry trends.
• Process transactions using POS systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Education: BA, BT, or TS degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail sectors.
