Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Operation to manage hotel contracting processes, system updates, and partner integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, rate competitiveness, and effective communication with technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and regularly update FIT (Free Independent Traveler) contracts in the system.

• Manage channel managers integrations and collaborate closely for seamless operations.

• Load and maintain dynamic contracts in cooperation with the system

• Implement and update promotional rates and offers.

• Manage stop sales through the system platform as required/ Initiate and manage stop sales processes across platforms.

• Distribute contracts to offline clients promptly and accurately.

• Open and configure new client accounts in the system.

• Maintain and grow the portfolio of direct hotel deals.

• Verify that all hotels are live with the correct features by testing both Dynamic and all channel managers integrations.

• Conduct rate benchmarking to ensure best available rates are online.

• Liaise to communicate and resolve any system enhancements or technical issues
