AH Financial Consultancy a reputable company in Jounieh is seeking a female Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Salary: $700 with the possibility of increase with time (based on performance).

Qualifications:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Energetic, enthusiastic, and presentable.
● Responsible, proactive, and a fast learner.
● Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a checklist-driven approach.
● Strong ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
● Committed to client satisfaction and consistent in follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:
● Organize and manage meetings.
● Follow up with existing and new clients.
● Clearly explain our courses and membership packages.
● Track and update client data using Excel sheets.
● Ensure proactive communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their needs.
● Monitor progress of deliverables, remind team members of deadlines, and ensure completion of tasks.
● Assist with admission and provide support during events, whether online or on-site

Working Hours:
● Monday – Wednesday (Office): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible timing may apply).
● Thursday & Friday (Remote): Full availability and consistency required.
● Saturday & Sunday: On-call for urgent cases, meetings, and client payments.
Candidate must always be reachable on WhatsApp for urgent matters
