Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor internal design team, fostering creativity and collaboration
• Oversee daily design operations and ensure efficient workflow management
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Ensure all visual assets align with Toters Fresh brand guidelines and standards
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with brand guidelines before final submission
• Create clear, high-quality designs that maintain strong visual communication across all touchpoints
• Develop and deliver assets across multiple channels (digital, in-app, social, and offline), ensuring consistency and proper adaptation to each format
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Maintain consistency and quality across all digital and print assets
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Grow and empower the design team by developing skills, providing guidance, and encouraging ownership

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

• 4 6 years of professional design experience, including experience managing a small team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions
• Strong understanding of visual communication and brand consistency
• Experience in multi-channel design execution across digital and offline platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong technical execution skills, including proper handling of formats, specifications, and outputs
• Strong awareness and practical application of emerging design tools (including AI), with the ability to comfortably integrate them into workflows while continuously learning and adapting to new advancements.
