Leading retail ans FMCG company is looking for it branches in Lebanon a Junior Fashion Buyer.

Job Description:

• Follow up on the suppliers negotiating files
• Data Entry of the items and conditions
• Coding and encoding
• Validate the data files and invoices
• Control and efficiency of purchasing data
• Establishing the promotional commercial lists
• Communicate the information of the replenishment department and Point of sales
• Follow- up with suppliers on delivery and stock needs
• To coordinate in solving the differences between invoices/prices
• Follow up on rotations and overstocks
• Direct contact and reception of supplier's sales force.
• Negotiating.
• Build - Up the purchasing prices and the landed cost lists.
• Search for products v/s multiple requests.
• Direct follow upon orders and suppliers.
• Follow up on invoices.
• Any other task allocated by management.

Prerequisites:
• University Degree.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the buying /purchasing / sales field.
• Fluency in English or French language along with Arabic.
• Very good knowledge of computer and software literacy.
• Excellent communicator.
• Good Negotiator
