We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to lead MEP operations, facility maintenance, and technical projects across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP systems and facility operations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Lead technical teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support renovation, expansion, and upgrade projects.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and operational plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 8+ years of experience in MEP and facility management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of CAFM/BMS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
