We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Controller to join our team in the jewelry manufacturing sector.

This role is responsible for managing repair operations, coordinating with suppliers and workshops, and ensuring accurate control of gold, stock, and production-related materials.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track all repair items from branches to suppliers and workshops
Coordinate repairs with goldsmiths, setters, polishers, and external partners
Inspect and verify quality of repaired jewelry before return to branches
Handle purchasing of materials (stones, Ramli) and supplier coordination
Oversee gold operations including melting, transfers, and system updates
Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment for all branches
Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, and precious metals movements
Coordinate purchasing of gold coins and ounces with Finance

Strong experience in production, inventory, or operations control
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in jewelry or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good understanding of stock control and operational processes
