Job Summary:
We are seeking for a Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, staff supervision, delivery coordination, and facility management. The role ensures efficient warehouse operations, accurate stock management, and compliance with safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1-Warehouse Operations Management
• Manage and supervise warehouse personnel and their daily activities.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations of goods.
• Plan and supervise order preparation and dispatch activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse staff.
• Ensure efficient workflow and proper use of warehouse space.

2-Inventory Management
• Control stock and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Supervise daily and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and stock organization.

3-Order Processing and Dispatch
• Supervise preparation and verification of orders before dispatch.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the Credit Control Manager, sales team and logistics staff.

4-Documentation and Administration
• Verify delivery documents such as SDVs and invoices.
• Oversee warehouse administrative tasks and documentation.

5-Fleet and Delivery Management
• Coordinate delivery operations and transportation activities.
• Monitor truck availability and scheduling.
• Follow up on truck maintenance and ensure vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
• Conduct regular inspections of delivery trucks.
6-Security, Safety, and Compliance
• Ensure warehouse security by monitoring doors, cameras, and access control.
• Ensure fire alarm systems and safety equipment are functioning properly.
• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.

7-Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse premises, lifts, generators, and machinery.
• Coordinate pest control and facility maintenance activities.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.

8-After-Sales and Warranty Handling
• Supervise the processing of product warranties and related logistics.

9-Staff Management
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and appearance.
• Ensure staff follow operational procedures and safety guidelines.
