JOB DUTIES:
•Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
•Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations
•Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
•Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy
•Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
•Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to optimize financial performance
•Mentor junior accounting staff and support their professional development
•Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy

EDUCATION & SKILLS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
•Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
