Job Summary:

The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of goods, and managing communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure goods are ready for shipment on schedule.
Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate with freight forwarders.
Monitor shipment schedules (ETD/ETA) and provide updates to relevant teams.
Review shipping documents and ensure their accuracy.
Coordinate shipment releases based on customer payment terms.
Ensure smooth shipment execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics or shipping.

Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
