We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our printing and packaging facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and lead a small team of technicians with efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
•Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively.
•Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility issues promptly.
•Coordinate with production teams to reduce interruptions.
•Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
•Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing/printing/packaging (2-3 years)
•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
•Leadership and team management skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
•Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
