Job Announcement: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
A diversified group of companies is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon
Primary Business Operations: Republic of the Congo
The CFO will oversee the Group's financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, compliance, and risk management while supporting business growth and operational excellence across its companies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in corporate finance, and the ability to manage complex, multi-company operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive roles.
- Experience with multi-company or group structures; international or African market experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, and governance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
