We are recruiting a Key Account Manager for an FMCG distribution company based in Dbayeh.
Key Responsibilities:
. Plan and execute visits, promotions, and activities with key customers
. Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper display
. Monitor stock, orders, returns, and account performance
. Maintain accurate reports and documentation
. Achieve sales and collection targets
Skills
Key Qualifications:
. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
. 3+ years in FMCG Key Accounts or Outdoor Sales
. Can read & write Arabic; basic English
. Age between 25 - 45
We are Offering:
. Working Days: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM
. Car or Gas & car allowances covered by the company

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
. التخطيط وتنفيذ الزيارات، الترويج والأنشطة مع العملاء الرئيسيين
. ضمان رؤية المنتج وتوفره وعرضه بشكل صحيح
. متابعة المخزون والطلبات والإرجاع وأداء الحساب
. الحفاظ على تقارير ووثائق دقيقة
. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتحصيل
المهارات
المؤهلات الأساسية:
. مهارات بناء العلاقات، الاتصال، والتفاوض قوية
. 3+ سنوات في حسابات رئيسية FMCG أو المبيعات الميدانية
. القدرة على القراءة والكتابة بالعربية؛ الإنجليزية الأساسية
. العمر بين 25 - 45 عامًا
ما نقدمه:
. أيام العمل: من الاثنين إلى الجمعة، من 8:00 صباحًا حتى 5:00 مساءً
. سيارة أو بدل بنزين وسيارة مغطاة من قبل الشركة
