Category Design & Creative
•Review all contract details including drawings, specifications and Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)
•Issue project breakdown form within 20 days from assignment start-up
•Define project budget
•Issue shop drawings schedule
•Issue materials and sample fabrication and shipping log
•Fill Request For Purchase (RFP)
•Issue job orders
•Approve quality inspection report
•Prepare invoices & Cash Flow
•Ensure on-time collection
