We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician with strong experience in hardware troubleshooting and technical support. Exposure to software development is an advantage, while SAP experience will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
•Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT equipment.
•Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
•Provide technical support to employees and ensure timely issue resolution.
•Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and equipment installations.
•Support basic IT infrastructure and networking activities.
•Assist with software development, system enhancements, and business applications.
•Support SAP and coordinate with external IT service providers when required.
•Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
•3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong hardware expertise.
•Good knowledge of hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and basic networking.
•Knowledge of software development/programming is an advantage.
•SAP experience is a strong plus.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
