Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or Biology. 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong experience in managing and leading sales teams, preferably Medical Representatives. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of the Lebanese pharmaceutical market Doctors and Pharmacies. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills. Ability to monitor team performance, conduct field visits, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Valid driving license and access to a car. Fluency in Arabic and English.
