we are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the company's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships within the fintech and digital payments industry.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
10–15 years of experience in Commercial Management, Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
Experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, Telecom, Financial Services, or Technology is highly preferred.
Proven track record in revenue growth, business expansion, and leading high-performing teams.
Strong negotiation, leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and business development abilities.
