Handle Day to Day 3D Section Cake Orders (most importantly cake covering as main duty). Create visually appealing and edible decorations on cakes. Coordinate with Head Chef for Cake Preparation to meet order deadlines. Prepare daily and weekly order preparations. Prepare cake orders 1 day ahead of time. Prepare Holiday Collections shared by management (Holidays including but not limited to Valentine s Day, Mother s Day, Easter, Ramadan, Baptism/Communion, Graduation, Halloween, Christmas, etc.).
