Black Milk specializes in lighting design and supply solutions for architectural, commercial, hospitality, and
residential projects across the region. We are looking for a Junior Estimation & Tendering Specialist to join
our growing team in Beirut.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare lighting quotations and commercial offers
• Assist in pricing and cost estimation for lighting projects
• Review and prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Prepare technical data sheets and product submittals
• Support tender documentation and submission processes
• Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records
• Assist the sales and design teams with technical and commercial requirements

Requirements
• Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Background in lighting, construction, or technical sales is a plus
