A reputable internation Company in Beirut is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts, captivating video animations for social media reels, and ensuring brand consistency across all design projects You will be reporting to the Creative Manager to ensure your tasks align with the overall strategy and goals of the marketing department.

What will you do?

• Develop visual elements for various media, including print and digital. This could involve designing logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
• Contribute to ideas` development for new design projects and campaigns.
• Take directions from your direct manager and collaborate with them to refine and execute design projects.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the design team and contribute to the smooth operation of the design department.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative manager to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

What do we expect of you?

• Up to 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showing your work.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Ability to provide design solutions that effectively translate verbal ideas into creative, impactful, and cohesive outputs.
• Familiarity with the current and latest social media designs & trends.
• Good knowledge & command of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines consistently
