A large manufacturing company in Tripoli is seeking for a Packaging & Wrapping Manager within the production department

The Packaging & Wrapping Manager will be managing the process.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily packaging and wrapping operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.

- Oversee product release activities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required standards.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.

- Coordinate effectively with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and other relevant departments.

- Lead, develop, and support the department team through effective supervision, training, performance management, and manpower planning.

- Establish and maintain effective controls for product segregation, release, and rejection.

- Monitor departmental performance, productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and product quality.


Requirements:
- Holder of a relevant Degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Leadership skills and ability to manage a team of 50+ employees
