Educational background:
Bachelor in Civil Engineering is a MUST.

Required Experience:
At least 15 years of proven experience in Estimation & Tendering and more than 15 years in Contracting field.


Main Work Activities:
- Manage relationships within various public and private sector enterprises for project appraisal, coordination and implementation
- Control the prepared Tender file (Civil, Architectural and Electro-Mechanical works) and finalize the Bid for submission
- Attend Pre Bid meeting and site visits
- Follow up queries and clarifications
- Check compiled documents required for Tender Submittal
- Submit the Tender File in due date and time
- Follow up with the Client for tendering result and further requirements.


Requirement Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, English & French
- Good management skills
- Good analytical skills.
