Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our supply chain activities related to machineries, tools, accessories, and spare parts. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, ensuring seamless procurement processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This position requires a strategic thinker who can handle the complexities of logistics management and supplier negotiations while supporting our sales and pre-sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers for machineries, tools, and spare parts, directly aligning with client inquiries managed by our sales and pre-sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and fulfillment.
  • Oversee the complete cycle of deals, quotations, client and supplier payments, and all associated documentation, with support from designated team members.
  • Manage bank presentations and shipment arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery.
  • Support the sales team through the entire order process, from confirmation to purchase orders and subsequent procedures.
  • Handle all supply chain activities for branch inquiries, ensuring stock availability, processing shipments, and managing claims when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive procurement dashboard to monitor key metrics, supplier performance, and overall departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and tracking of all deals, communications, and follow-ups in our HubSpot CRM system.


What We Expect From You:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely completion of supply chain activities.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across departments to develop and implement policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions, supplier landscapes, and internal dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, team members, and other departments, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and navigate pricing discussions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, calculate gross profits, manage inventory, and evaluate logistics strategies.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly, particularly in managing customer complaints, resolving delivery discrepancies, or handling unexpected changes in the supply chain.
