We are looking for a Senior Information Technology Specialist.

Location: Mecharafieh - Beirut (Head Office )

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network operating systems.

- Ensure that technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software and provide continuous monitoring and maintenance to guarantee maximum access and use for end users.

- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance contracts.

- Monitor the security of all technology and asses potential risk- backup.

- Manage all malfunctioning equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment to reduce outages.

- Conduct regular store visits to fill in the requested checklist.

- Supervise all equipment, such as alarm systems, and CCTV systems.

- Always be available for any urgent IT issues in stores, and show flexibility.

-Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or any related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a related job function.

- Attention to detail.

- Good communication skills.

- Decision-making & Problem-solving.

-Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

-Proficiency in Windows.

-Hands-on experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

-Excellent communication skills and patience in dealing with non-technical users.
