Background: Laboratory Sciences
• Provide scientific support to the Product Application Specialists and Sales team in their day-to-day operations and requests.
• Monitor market trends and prepares scientific reports, including recommendations on competitor activity to ensure company products are meeting market needs and maintain competitive edge.
• Cooperate with guest speakers or any third party when needed to develop, launch events, and organize seminars in coordination with the MarCom Department.
• Conduct research to obtain necessary information for product specifications, standards, and legal regulations to adhere to clients’ requirements & needs to fit the Business Line and Strategy.
• Communicate scientific data related to new products, existing products, discontinuation of products and others and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct continuous studies and analysis on existing products to monitor sales evolution and market trend.
• Undertake desk-based research to support the business development of the company in identifying new or replacement lead opportunities.
• Attend meetings and conferences to represent and promote the products/services.
• Develop project proposals and present to interdisciplinary teams.
• Work frequently with MarCom to review scientific content to maintain social media activity.
• Develop value propositions and selling tools to boost sales
