Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all hotel facilities and equipment. Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems. Maintain compliance with local regulations, health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Plan, manage, and oversee renovation projects and capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives. Monitor utility consumption and implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Prepare and manage the departmental budget, forecasts, and maintenance expenses. Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests to support smooth hotel operations. Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field). Professional engineering certification or membership is an advantage. Minimum 8 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry. Previous experience with Accor or an international hotel brand is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel building systems, preventive maintenance, CAPEX planning, energy management, fire and life safety systems, and local regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
