We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Gym Manager to oversee the operations of a luxury fitness facility and ensure exceptional standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the gym and fitness facilities.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and member experience.
• Supervise fitness instructors, personal trainers, reception, and support staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, assignments, and daily operational plans.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is properly maintained, safe, and fully operational.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams for equipment repairs and facility requirements.
• Develop and implement health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, presentation, and overall standards.
• Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of gym staff.
• Manage memberships, member requests, feedback, and service issues professionally.
• Coordinate fitness programs, personal training services, and wellness activities.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and luxury environment at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 10 15+ years of proven experience managing gyms, fitness clubs, luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end fitness facilities.
• Relevant fitness, gym management, or professional training certifications.
• Strong knowledge of fitness operations, equipment, health, and safety standards.
• Proven experience managing and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a luxury hospitality mindset.
• Ability to handle VIP members and high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private club, or high-end wellness facility is a strong advantage.
