Operational Leadership and Coordination Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Warehouse Manager, Technical or Service Center Manager, and Delivery and Fleet Supervisor. Translate company objectives into department plans, daily priorities, service standards, manpower allocation, and measurable targets. Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, internal transfers, and replenishment across all warehouses and stock locations. Own inventory accuracy and ensure cycle counts, scheduled physical inventories, reconciliations, serial tracking, and discrepancy investigations are completed and documented. Review stock adjustments, damaged or obsolete items, negative stock, excess stock, slow-moving items, and near-out-of-stock risks; coordinate action with stock control, procurement, sales, and accounting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, stock control, fleet, or technical service, including at least 3 years in a management role. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational departments and lead managers or supervisors. Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, delivery planning, fleet management, service workflows, and operational safety. Strong command of ERP systems; experience with Odoo is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting is required.
