Location: Lebanon Experience: between 4 7 years of relevant experience in the banking sector Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on banking and financial matters Review and draft banking agreements, contracts, and legal documents Handle legal matters related to loans, guarantees, securities, and banking transactions Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws, regulations, and internal policies Coordinate with external legal advisors, authorities, and relevant stakeholders Support the bank in managing legal risks and resolving disputes
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Law; a Master s degree is a plus 4 7 years of solid experience within the banking sector, preferably in a legal function Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and financial transactions Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Professional, discreet, and highly organized
