We are looking for an experienced and reliable Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical works, maintenance activities, and technical teams while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical works and maintenance activities.
- Lead and manage electricians and electrical technicians on-site.
- Plan and distribute daily tasks according to priorities and project requirements.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure proper operation of electrical panels, wiring, lighting, generators, pumps, and related systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify electrical faults and potential safety hazards.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Facilities teams regarding maintenance and repair requirements.
- Supervise contractors and ensure electrical works are completed according to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and electrical spare parts.
- Respond to electrical emergencies and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and materials used.
- Report progress, issues, and technical requirements to management.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical systems and building infrastructure.
- Experience supervising electricians and technical teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults effectively and efficiently.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical diploma or relevant electrical qualification is required; engineering background is an advantage.
- Previous experience in facilities, commercial, residential, or large-scale building projects is a strong advantage.
