We don't need a licensed Chef but someone knowledgeable about fish since he will undergo training by one of the experts. An assistant Chef would do too.
- Operations start from around 9am and finish towards 11pm.
- List of duties are still flexible too and will be set in due time.
- Pay will vary depending on skills and other factors.
