Responsibilities:

Follow-Up with leads

• Hold buyer and seller consultations
• Show and sell homes
• Obtain new buyer leads
• Maintain clients and lead database
• Multitask with buyers, sellers, showings, closings and service providers
• Qualifications:
• MUST have an active drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Residential and commercial Real Estate experience.
• Education:
• Real Estate/Marketing/Communication Education is preferred.
• High School graduate required/college is a plus.
• Computer Skills:
• High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, Mapping, and CRM software.
• Compensation: Attractive commission no fixed salary.
