We are a professional Information Technology Solution provider executing projects within the MENA region; currently seeking a professional Junior Technical Support Officer/Engineer- who will serve as a key contributor within the Online Department and will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve online issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- The Technical Online Support Officer/Engineer shall be able to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customer, and diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help with our online services.
Technical Responsibilities:
- The desired candidate shall be able to resolve network issues, configure operating systems and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
- The selected candidate will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, the officer will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
Education and Qualifications:
- The selected candidate shall be a holder of a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.

- Organized, analytical, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, adaptable and comfortable working both in a team and independently.
- A strong command in English communication.
- Highly proficient in Excel with suitable competency in other Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
