We are looking for an HR Recruiter for a Short-Term 3-months period with experience for talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Daily Job Duties of HR Recruiter
- Communicate with management to understand and determine staffing needs
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using different available market suitable online mediums
- Develop job descriptions and job specifications
- Screening resumes
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers and provide shortlists of qualified candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Following up on the interview process status
- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
