Duties:
• lects, organizes and monitors information related to compliance to documentation of quality management standards.
• ulates and helps ulation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• lect customer complaints, specifies their causes, evaluate by performing KPI.
• Performs customer service satisfaction surveys.
• Conduct daily quality tests for the product.
• Initiates and coordinates quality-related data from production, service or process improvement activities and reports these data.
• Develop and conduct a variety of tests on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products for shipping.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Archive All Quality documents.
• Daily checklists inspections.
• Assist Quality engineer
