  • we are looking to hire a qualified Retail shop manager, the perfect candidate will be responsible for: 

    • - Managing the day to day operations process within the branch 
    • - Manage the sales team, by scheduling, training evaluation 
    • - Ensure availability of merchandise, service and proper communication with the head
    • - Market studies, competitors activities 
    • - Develop promotional and marketing ideas 

     

    Required skills:

    • 4-5 years experience as a shop manager, home accessories is a plus 
    Arabic, English speaker 
  • customer satisfactions skills 
  • high communication skills 
  • managing and training experience
