Qualifications and Requirements:
- University Bachelors Degree or Technical Diploma: Major in Business – Emphasis Accounting or Finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Main Missions
- Booking journal entries into Dolphin ERP.
- Review and assist in booking into system Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notice, Sales Orders, Invoices after review of supporting documents.
- Review and correct payments and receipt vouchers to their respective accounts after review of supporting documents.
- Daily bank and petty cash reconciliation.
- Review interdepartmental stock issues and receipts.
- Filing (hardcopy and softcopy) of necessary documentation related to journal entries.
- Assist Financial Controller in any task required.
- Fixed Assets maintenance of ERP Module and Depreciation calculation.
