The Operation Officer is the one who remains up to date on the project status and reports back to the Operation Manager. Operation Officers are also in direct contact with the contractual clients, are required to do checkup visits, and follow up on the invoices and the schedule of the cleaners and supervisors. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Operation Officers are responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels to meet and exceed client requirements. Follow up on employee development & conducting periodic performance reviews. Coordinate with the Sales & accounting department regarding client invoices and quotations. Operation officers must follow up with supervisors on a daily basis, and with clients on topics related to payments, quality of service, and concerns. Operation Officers are also responsible for monitoring the inventory and staying up to date with the stock.

A list of responsibilities is as follows:

  • Data Entry.
  • Monitor cleaners' and supervisors’ attendance.
  • Follow up on the inventory.
  • Conduct client visits.
  • Daily meetings with supervisors.
  • Follow up on client payment collections.
